&nbsp; &nbsp;2)reinstall your software.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;3)get sp1(not sp2) for your xp pro.<br />

2)If it is not check the website to see if any windows XP compatibility patch or upgrade is avialable<br />
<br />
3)Try if it can run in compatibility mode inbuilt to XP<br />

You can go to fpoint.com, create an account (it's free) and download the latest version of that control. I guess is 3.0.35, if no other one has been developped.

Well, I unreleased the service and registered it again and the error has not returned in a week's time. &nbsp;Will continue to monitor. &nbsp;

Two users on two different machines are getting a runtime error of 372 in BestSoftware that is an Accounting program. &nbsp;Their error message is &quot;Failed to load control, fpList from Flp32a30.ocx may be outdates. &nbsp;Make sure you are using the current version. &nbsp;They are both running Windows XP pro and scans have not found any virus activity and spyware has been deleted. &nbsp;Event Viewer has no activity related to this error. &nbsp;Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.
