Home network monitoring performance?

What utility would you recommened to provide network monitoring using a linksys router? I have like 4 computers here with a win2k server (domain) and a linksys 8 port router. I would like to monitor which cpu is using the most bandwidth. Thanks.

Well, at work we have a Fluke LAN Meter 686 which we use to see the top talker and loads of other network stats. However, its a costly piece of equipment and I doubt you'd use that in a home or small office environment. Then, there are other enterprise-grade products...

Anyway, hope another expert can post a low cost alternative???
