Greetings,
I have a problem compiling jsvc daemon on FC3 AMD64. I have installed JDK1.5.0_01 and configured environment variables properly. Tomcat version is 5.5.4.
On ./configure the jsvc sources it brings the following output:

[root@web02 jsvc-src]# ./configure --with-java=/usr/java/jdk1.5.0_01/

Obviously, the jsvc source distribution isn't prepared to deal with your CPU type. Fixing that might be as simple as rebuilding configure from configure.in with autoconf. Or it may require editing of configure.in (and rebuilding configure) or direct editing of configure and perhaps other things.
Hi

I am having exactly the same problem, did anyone find a solution to this? Which parts of configure.in should be edited exactly? rebuilding and autoconf did not work.

~Hope you can help!
