Event ID 20301 Blackberry

I have 4 Blackberry handhelds running on the Blackberry Enterprise Server. In the Event viewer of the server running the BES i keep getting the following entry:

Event ID: 20301 Source: %the name of the server running the BES%

Type: Warning

Description: (username@domain.co.uk) Unable to save configuration settings or statistics

This is for all 4 users.

Do you think this is something I should be worried about?

Thanks but there was no problem with loss of redirection to the handhelds and i note at the bottom of the page it states:

'Additional Information
This issue only applies to BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 2.1 for Microsoft Exchange with Service Pack 5.'

I am on BES version 3.6

However this has now stopped happening so I am happy to award the points

we have found the same error with our blackberry server and above suggested link is not working.

Could anybuddy help me to understand the issue. many thanks in advance

I too am seeing this error, and neither of the above links are functioning. Any help would be appreciated.
