We are currently in the process of setting up a number of IT security processes for the lab that I work in. To this end we would like to use a tool that would allow us to save process documentation, save data regarding process completion, and possibly auditing tools to check on the status of processes.
We (our organization) uses Lotus Notes/Domino as our mail client and colaboration suite. Thusly I am looking for recommendations for tools (Lotus Notes DBs and others) that would solve my current problems.
