We are currently in the process of setting up a number of IT security processes for the lab that I work in. &nbsp;To this end we would like to use a tool that would allow us to save process documentation, save data regarding process completion, and possibly auditing tools to check on the status of processes.<br />

We (our organization) uses Lotus Notes/Domino as our mail client and colaboration suite. &nbsp;Thusly I am looking for recommendations for tools (Lotus Notes DBs and others) that would solve my current problems.<br />

Lotus Notes/Domino Based Process Management Tool

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.

A font is a particular size, weight and style of a typeface. Each font is a matched set of type, one piece (called a "sort") for each glyph, and a typeface consists of a range of fonts that share an overall design. With the advent of digital typography, font is frequently synonymous with typeface, although the two terms do not necessarily mean the same thing. In particular, the use of "vector" or "outline" fonts means that different sizes of a typeface can be dynamically generated from one design. Each style may still be in a separate "font file" -- for instance, the typeface "Futura" may include the fonts "Futura roman", "Futura italic", "Futura bold" and "Futura extended" —- but the term "font" might be applied either to one of these alone or to the whole typeface.
