vinnyd79 - I tried this and it didn't work. &nbsp;It went right past it like the datagrid was still populated.<br />

I am checking the grid on a timer and I want it to check each time if the connection was dropped to reconnect. &nbsp;It works if I just run the connection routine each time but I wanted to just run the connection routine when the connection was dropped.<br />

Cause checking if the datasource is nothing doesnt mean much as the datasource links to the data, its not the data<br />
