Hot Site Exchange Server

Here is what I am trying to do, any suggestions on how to accomplish this would be appreciated.

I have an Exchange 2000 server in our main office in Orlando.  I need to create a "backup" hot site in Dallas.  I will need to replicate all data between servers so that if one goes down, the other will automatically (or as close to automatically) take over.  How would I go about doing this?

Any thoughts?  I will give a good number of points to the best (and preferably easiest) solution.

Thanks in advance.

We're still in the planning stage.  I have heard of Doubletake and was going to look into it further.  Have you done something like this, or used the Doubletake software?  My concern, on top of the replication, is how the failover would work if our main site goes down.

Unfortunately not - I have never had a client with deep enough pockets.

Whichever solution you decide to use, make sure that it is supported by Microsoft.

Because of the lack of additional responses and Simon/Sembee confirming the use of Doubletake as an option, I will award him the points.

Simon, thanks for your help.
