Best .NET Language

As you can guess from the subject, I'm trying to get an idea of what everyone thinks about what is the best multipurpose .NET language. I am currently focusing on C#, but thinking about heading over to VC++ or VB... any opinions out there?

Also, what is the difference between J# and C#? From what I've seen so far, the syntax is EXACTLY the same?
