I have an Exchange 2003 server, running on SBS 2003. I need to forward/copy all incoming & outgoing mail. I believe I found how to copy incoming mail using active directory, but I can't seem to find a way to get the outgoing mail to copy using the exchange. I need to know how to forward\copy incoming & outgoing mail to a specific exchange mailbox using exchange server.

Are you talking about wanting to see duplicates of all email being sent to or from a specific person? If so, you might want to look at Journaling, though this is an all or nothing situation. Journaling will capture all emails for every user and send them to a specific location (mailbox or public folder typically). I assume you are using the Alternate recipient to see duplicates of the email to the specific user. I am not aware of another built-in way to see the outgoing emails. I assume that accessing the user's mailbox directly for a second person will not meet your needs?

Accessing the mailbox will not meet this needs of this situation. I need to be able to have all the incoming & outgoing mail from all users in one exchange email box.
I have an exchange email box, I want all the incoming & outgoing mail from all users to go into this email box.
Will journaling work for incoming & outgoing email?

Yes, journalling should meet your needs. But, be aware that depending on the number of mailboxes your talking about, this can result in a very large mailbox very quickly. You can check out the following information on Journalling:
