I want to do a Http Post call from C , Is it possible at all ?

Sure.  But you'll have to establish a connection with the intended server first.

C++ has some classes that make this pretty easy.  It's more of a pain in C as you'll need to do all the heavy lifting yourself or get a third party package that wraps a lot of the tedious work.

U mean through sockets in C ?

Yep.  The server will likely only communicate with entities that connect via sockets so you'll have to match its expectations.
