I have had the this issue for a while and it seems that I have outbound e-mail that is not getting to its destination e-mail servers.  I run Exchange 2003 and sends e-amil SMTP outbound.  I do have external e-mail that is POP'd in to my e-mail clients, so the outbound ip address is my firewall and mail.company.com is my external provider.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      PTR record addition
      Sent:      1/25/2005 9:45 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      dns-admin@qwest.ip.net on 1/25/2005 9:46 AM
The destination server for this recipient could not be found in Domain Name Service (DNS).  Please verify the email address and retry.  If that fails, contact your administrator.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out.  I hope this is concise and enough info for a solution or answer.
