Brian Lara Cricket on WindowsXP

How do we make the Brian Lara Cricket (Full Version) by Codemasters to work in Windows XP?
It worked fine with ME but doesnt work in XP.
Any suggestions/workarounds?

Try this (got this from a related forum):

Download the patch from this web site : http://cloud.prohosting.com/ghostbot/ (active x should be on to view files) Overwrite previous executable file and run the game as usual.

Files from http://cloud.prohosting.com/ghostbot are working in WInXP. Keep in mind though, these are not no-cd cracks. You will need the game cd in the drive while playing (though it might work with a backup CD as well).

The files from http://cloud.prohosting.com/ghostbot are working, but you will not be able to use official Codemasters wide ball patch. See the frequently asked questions here: http://www.geocities.com/atulybx
