I created company signatures in html and am haveing problems implementing them. useing outlook 2003 i set up both the new message signature and the reply/forward signature to the same one. when i create a new message to send it works fine. but every once in a while when i reply or forward a message i get an error message that says

The signature name could not be found.
This signature may have been removed.

and then in the options menu the new message signature defaults back to none and the reply/forward stays the same. i looked around on microsoft and EE and couldnt find any information on what may be causeing this or how to fix it.

Try copying the images you have in the Signature folder under C:\Documents and Settings\%User Profile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures.

Let me know if this helps! ;o)

Open the signature and instead of hitting Enter at the end of each line, hit a Shift+Enter. That would work.
