Have any expert know how to fix the problem as below....Please help me!!!<br />

I would like to install Qmail on my SUSE 9.1 box. I would like to know that have some how I can make E-mail Sever (Qmail) autometicaly dial up the modem to connect to my internet ISP (I don't have permanent internet connection)?. and delivery e-mail messages. And how can I setup schedule time for qmail dial the modem, every 30 minutes to connect to internet?<br />
