Adding e-mail signature globaly to exchange 2003
I would like to add a e-mail signature to exchange 2003 globally so that all the users opens up outlook they get there e-mail signature with there name and company logo. Is there a way exchange can push the e-mail signature to all the users with out me having to configure each client machine on my network?
I think signatures are actually stored as a hidden file on the workstations. If this is so, then maybe you can script something that will create a signature and push it out to each workstation.

Though I mentioned Policy Patrol, I did not know that it had that feature (dynamaically add signatures). COOL!
As for the company logo, some of the anti-spam vendors look for embeded (not attached) pictures in e-mail and occasionally tag them as spam. That may have an ill effect from what marketing desires.
Here are links to some websites with information regarding the
various toolsets available:

Some other products:
I would recommend EXclaimer or Mail Essentials (www.exclaimer.com and www.gfi.com)
If you need a really robust toolset that includes the disclaimer, I would
suggest GFI Mail Essentials. There is a disclaimer portion of the software
will work after the 60 day trial for the software expires.

If you are looking to add a disclaimer to all outbound SMTP messages and
don't want to spend a lot of money and have someone that is familiar with
VBScript as well as Exchange and SMTP event sinks, you may want to review
