Memory Grow problem / error microsoft Outlook XP 2000 2002

Hi,
I got an error opening while openning outlook 2000. The problem is the memory (page allocation) of the outlook seems to be increasing . I tried lot of reinstalling the outlook , repair outlook and even remove entire thing and installing upgraded version outlook 2002. But the error is still persisted in outlook 2002. so i removed that and i tried the outlook xp too. But no use. I have the problem still. could any one help me regarding this issue. I searched in net, no use.

try rename the outlook aplication settings folder

rename C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook .

The outcmd.dat contains some commands. that would get called on oppening outlook
