Traval, &nbsp;I did try re-install and so fear that it is not a supported function. &nbsp;Winfax works fine other than the mail transport issue. &nbsp;Maybe you are right that I can get by with the windows fax transort &nbsp;but it would be nice to see if it can work like it should. Then all fax logs will be in one place. &nbsp; I'll wait a bit and see if other ideas arise. &nbsp;Thank you for your input to this point.

Using outlook 2002 allows an email address to be a fax number from the address book and sends out the fax via the windows fax mail transport. &nbsp;This works fine except.....<br />
