SQL SERVER Reporting Services REports Manager Authorization Problems

When I login into SQL SErver Reporting Services Reports manager using an local admin account I get the the home page but without the links to go anywhere. Any Ideas?

When you say links i'm assuming you mean the folders.  The Report Manager interface has it's own set of security that you need to setup, which allows users to view, access and edit folders and reports.
- Login with an admin account
- Select the folder containing the reports
- Select Properties, then Security
- Click New Role Assignment and enter the username and security preferences
