diagnose:

(1)      smitty
                advanced diagnostics routines
      problem determination
      select sysplanar0, f7 to run
      --> resource is tested

if all is ok:

(2)      task selection
      log  repair action
      --> no new messages will be send

(3)      verify repair action in errpt | pg

remark:
if one power was temporary removed from the system, you can avoid receiving
false error message with the following command :

diag
task selection
log repair action
=> select sysplanar0 +PF7 to commit.

then you can perform again a diag on the sysplanar0 (diag - advanced diag -
problem determination), if the error come again against the power, it's
really a failing power. (and amber led on power is on ... when all is ok,
only 2 green leds are on)
