Anyone heard of MGC (or MTC) laptop manufacturer?

I've got a laptop with no power cord that was purchased before I started working here.  On the cover it says "MGC"--that's it, no model # or anything.  On the back it says "MTC, model: 7020 Made in Taiwan".  I can't boot it, of course, because there's no power cord and the battery is dead. I don't know why it says both MTC and MGC; I can't find a website for either one. Does anyone know who this manufacturer is and how to get a quote for a power cord?

Thanks
