Exchange 5.5 blacklisted Open HTTP Post Proxy

I have a Exchange 5.5 server that has been blacklisted by dsbl.org. I need to two things in to get it unlisted the first is to fix the reason why it was listed. They say that it is Opn HTTP Post Proxy and I have not been able to find anyting on how to block that. The next is that I have to get my server to accept mail from postmaster@127.0.0.1.ptr.us.xo.net which is not my domain so I'm not exactly sure onhow to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

This is all located in the SMTP virtual server settings. Ensure that your settings are set NOT to relay.
That should fix the ORDB issue

I'm not sure where to find the SMTP virtual server in Exchange 5.5. I know where it is in 2000/2003
