MIS 7.0 Installation problem, Keeps restarting

I am trying to Install McAfee Internet Suite 7.0 . The computer start and start installing the MIS 7, and asks me to restart and the cycle repeats.

I have uninstalled Norton using the norton tools to uninstall that rnis.exe and rnispg.exe

Can't you give the install bit a go when in safemode?

also you can use regcleaner to see if norton REALLY did get uninstalled
http://www.um.es/ftp/freeware/utilidades/regcleaner.exe
It's a bugger that clinches to your registry as your wife will clinch to your wallet.
