Hi,

I have a Cisco PIX 515E Firewall.  I need to change the enable password.  Can someone give me the correct way to do this (example please)?  I do not use PDM.  Thanks.

you should go to global configuration mode and type in the following command

PIX# config t
PIX(config)#enable password password_string

You can find the PIX command reference here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2120/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a008008994f_4container_ccmigration_09186a00801e88db.html just click on enable password and it will explain all options.
