Exporting MS Outlook Addresses Into One Unified Address Book

Hello,

please to give me instructions how to export from one address book to another, so as to create one big address book. Specifically we want to unify the address books of three senior execs at the place where i work into one unified and quite large address book.

Please to include any and all supplies necessary to execute instructions.

I have access to server to upload files to temporarily, so disk space is not an issue.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you using exchange?  If so, delegate permissions, open the other users folders, and copy them.

If not you will need to export out of two of them(or all three), via

FILE - IMPORT AND EXPORT - EXPORT TO A FILE - PERSONAL FOLDER FILE(.PST) - and select the contact list, and them import them into the third (or new one) the same way.

The second method also works if you are on exchange too.
