isql statement to change local sa password needed

Can someone give me the statements that I can put into a login batch file that will change the sa password for the local MSDE laptop?

User running it will have local administrator rights to machine so it should pass credentials.  ISQL utility is installed.

try for trusted connection:

C:\>isql /S EUGENE2000 /E /Q "EXEC sp_password 'oldpassword', 'newpassword', 'logintest'"
