Samba, Server 2003 and Permissions
Hello all,
We have:
-samba 3.0.11 installed on Solaris 9 (--with-acl-support)
-Server 2003 Active Directory
Very new to Samba...
I'd like to manage my permissions at the Windows level, as much as is possible.
1. What options (including compilation flags) will achieve this goal?
2. Currently, we have samba "working" in a test environment, but seem to need to create a group in Windows, create it on the Solaris side...essentially do double-duty. Is this how it "should" operate?
thanks
