Hourly reminders / emails ?


We need to provide a certain number of our staff with electronic reminders on an hourly basis, from 8am - 6pm.

It seems Outlook can't do it... it can only do daily reminders, and I do not want to have to set up 10 appointments per day in everyone's calendar and set reminders for each one.

Can Exchange do this? Perhaps send an email on an hourly basis to a certain distribution group?

you could use something like blat. i use blat to email me some different logs on a daily basis, guess it could work here to. just set up blat with the options you want, create a batch file out of it and schedule it like you would anything else in windows scheduler. you can find blat here:
