you could use something like blat. i use blat to email me some different logs on a daily basis, guess it could work here to. just set up blat with the options you want, create a batch file out of it and schedule it like you would anything else in windows scheduler. you can find blat here:<br />

We need to provide a certain number of our staff with electronic reminders on an hourly basis, from 8am - 6pm.<br />

It seems Outlook can't do it... it can only do daily reminders, and I do not want to have to set up 10 appointments per day in everyone's calendar and set reminders for each one.<br />
