I have a VP that wants to be able to add or remove users from the ALL list in Outlook.  How would i grant him those rights without going overboard?

Within active directory highlight the DL, right click on it and select properties, click on the security tab and add the VP on there with the relevant permissions he should have to that list

if he wants to customize his own view, and not the company defualt, then he will need to make a local address book and import the addresses he wants.

your giving him a way to destroy your email.

Yeah, I have convinced him to give me a list to update/edit.  Thank goodness.  I appreciate your help!!
