Dear expertsexchange,
We are running Windows SBS 2003 with SP1 on exchange server. Currently when sending emails internally throughout our organization the display name of "john doe" shows up in the from field, but our problem is that whenever we send an email to any other organization outside of our network (say username@yahoo.com)... instead of the user's full name showing up "John Doe" , it showd the person's email address instead of the display name. Is there any known way to get around this? Thanks in advance!
