problem restoring database (cannont find file id2)

I honstly dont realy know enything about sql, but someone has sent me a backup of a database they wan't me to restore over a databse on our sql server. there backup file is caled 'Blankincase5.bak' and they wont me 2 overight a databse called 'BenefitsInCase5'. i've got to the restore screen on EM and once i have selected 'BlankInCase5.bak' as the file i want to restore from. when i click ok i get the cannont find file id2 on device "path to file". could some one help me restore the file please? i had a thought that i might be because it was backed up from someone elses database, might be wrong but i should mentioon the 2.

in figure B - make sure the Restore as point to real (on the server Drives and folders)
if not create or point (type) good path
and check (check  box)
 'Force restore over existing'
