where are the pages being run from............a host somewhere.
If this is outside host........ you may need to contact them and tell them that the sessions are blank.

IIS5RECYCLE is a tool by microsoft that you can just down load then then run iis5recycle / config.....there a help file that comes iwth it...but if you not hosting your web pages then this would not reply to you.

Rebooted...........Find out where  your pages are coming from.............

can you do just a simple page.

<html>
<body>

<%
Response.Write(Session.SessionID)
%>

</body>
</html>

I not sure of the php for the script would be this is ASP.
