Your probably better with a expert authored book. These usually cover the skill sets of beginner, intermediate and advanced with good step-by-step tutorials to suit. You can do these whenever you have the spare time. Unsure of the training for 'citia', I've not used that before. I would try looking on amazon and university press. Good luck.

I'm starting a new job where I need to learn the basic of the Citia Software. I know this is a very hard app. I don't know where to start so I thought online tutorials would be the best right now. Can anyone tell me of any good sites or what would be my best way to start this project?<br />
