Hi,

Lately, I'm having a real problem uploading from local view to the testing server, I'm using the put button to get saved files to the testing server, but it seems to work only sometimes, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries. I've checked the site definitions and all the right boxes are checked.

Any help appreciated, thanks,
Greg Smith

if your just changing a few files at a time why don't you just synchronize those files it will replace the older files with the newer files
just right click on the folder or the page and schroll down to the synchronize option then it will ask you what you want to synchronize eg selected files only or the entire site then hit the preview button then hit okay
dont forget to refresh the site in your window or you wont see the changes and it should be there

Thanks,

When I use the synchronize option it says it's not neceessary.

I don't understand what's wrong. I've done this a million times, but now when I hit save (Ctrl + S) it says that it saved the file, (the asterisk goes away), but the same old page keeps coming up whe I test. I have to Copy & Paste the local folder to the ColdFusion wwwroot folder to get anything to work. Needless to say this is slowing me down incredibly.

Thanks,
G
