Is there any GUI for Net Send command?

Dear all experts,

  I would like to know is there any GUI that can do the task net "Net Send" command?  I know I can type "Net send" in command prompt and broadcase my message, however, it will be great if there have any GUI / tools / freewhere for my users.

Also Languard network scanner has Netsend built in ..00..
be aware that net send relies on the messenger and alerter services, which are a) flakey, and b) prone to attack by spam, viruses etc.  XP SP2 turns 'em off by default....

Not a very direct way to do it, but youcan do it through the computer management msc snap-in.  

Right click "computer management - local", choose connect to another computer.
Enter in computer name, enter again.  Once you are connected you can right click the computer, go to all tasks, select send console message.

More of an "it's possible" than "it's useful," but still...
