Getting error: Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page When publishing a FrontPage form

I am getting the error:
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:[page name]
This is a contact form that sends to an email address. I have read numerous posts on this and can't figure out why it's not working. The website is hosted on a server that has many other websites and all their submit forms work fine. I have checked the permissions of the _private directory. I have reinstalled the FrontPage extenstions a few times. I have taken out the save form results to file option and am getting the same message. When I created the form I simply copied it from a page that I know is working and changed the email address of where the results are getting sent. Nothing has fixed the problem.

First try this - create one small form with one input field and make it go to your email.  Publish that via Frontpage.  Does it work?

ASKER

no - no other forms i create for this site work
What does your hosting company say about it?  It is their problem since it is a server side issue.  If that new form does not work - that proves that it is the server and not the FP form coding

iis 6
When you login & right click on the folder thru IIS, right click & choose properties.  Now under the Server Extensions 2002, this should bring up the FP extensions control panel - what version do you have of FP extensions.  Are the other websites the same version?
