Macro agent? Why not just use the signature or vCard function in Outlook?

To setup a signature or vCard as a signature attachment, go to:

Tools / Options / Mail Format / Signature / Signature Picker / New

Give your signature a name / Select start with a blank signature / Click Next

For a signature, enter text as you want it to be displayed

For a vCard, select New vCard from Contact
