is there any circumstance when an xp or 2000 computer would not show up in network neighborhood if there is ip connectivity between me and them? &nbsp;I am writing a program that allows you to add computers via the network neighborhood api. &nbsp;Don't want to allow the user to add ip's to my console as they could change. &nbsp;remember only xp and 2000 computers that I care about.<br />
