I know that FrontPage offers some web logging reports.  But we want to be able to log "deeper" than FrontPage may offer... for example, who hit the pages (or at least the domain that hit them), pages visited, how long they were there, date hit, time hit, etc.

Can anyone suggest what we use for this purpose?

What does your hosting company support?  Most support their own stats package or you can download your log file and import them into a program on your local computer
