I am a little confused, I have called Microsoft and they were pretty vague on this as well, as were Dell!

Simply, will Windows 2003 Server Standard 32 bit Edition run on 64-bit Intel® XeonTM processors?

I am upgrading some hardware need to install 2003 server and exchange 2003 on the same server.

I believe if I install 2003 x64 version then Exchange Server will not run.

Please could someone clarify?

I believe Exchange SHOULD run. Basically 64bit Editions of Windows will run 32bit versions of Apps, BUT they won't run 16bit apps at all.  whereas 32bit versions of Windows will run 16bit apps.
