Hello,
One of our departmental admin's had created a EForm for a calendar.  He requested that those forms get restored. When we went to look for these forms in Public folder in the backup tapes, we could not find them. Question is , how do we backup and restore these custom created EForms from the public folders.
Thanks,
Tony

tony i am not a form specialist and i thought someone would take a shot at this who is more knowledgeable....but forms can be stored in three difrent ways
1- organizational form library which is a system folder..if you enable system folders
in your exchange sytem manager under public folders u will see it ....but u wont see the
forms...because forms are all hiden....in this case u have to use outlook\tools\choose a form to see it......system folders are backed up when u back up ur public folder store
and can be restored when u restore public folder store.
2- forms can also be stored in personal form library...which is stored in users computer
3- orcan be stored in one of outlooks folders...in this case it is also hiden and u can see the form either the way i discribed before or click on the folder(it can even be a public folder) and then click the action menue....at the bottom of action menue u will see the
forms stored in that folder...

now all the forms can be saved as a .oft file and saved in a users desktop or any folder
including in outlook under favourites......

now u have to figure out where the form was stored before u can restore it...
