In apache httpd there is a line
    HeaderName HEADER
So any folder if there is a file called header.htm
it will be used to replace the line
Index of .... in the file listing when there is no index.htm in the folder

How can I save time to let all sub-folders to use this header.htm
rather than to have it reproduced in every subfolder ?
