Is there a repository with nasty stuff available for download for anti-spyware developers? I need to be able to download nasty, annoying crap to create signatures for them for an anti-spyware / adware application I am developing.

You can look at the blacklisted ip's of major "offenders"

http://www.filesharingplace.com/supertrickxg/Info.htm (the host files should have something for you)
Google searches can help.
