I want to buy Desktop PC with Athlon 64  processor. I want to ask whether i need motherboard with 64 bit support, memory with 64 bit support etc?

No, all you need is the same equipment for any other pc.  If you buy a desktop with an Athlon64, the motherboard will need to have a socket that the cpu can plug into, and if you're buying a system made from options, it should be compatible.  I recommend socket939 motherboards with nForce3 chipsets for greatest future compatability and performance.  The memory will be the same DDR400 RAM used in other motherboards.
