How to completely delete a exchange server from a site ?????

I am using Exchange 5.5 on Windows 2000 server.

 I have two sites in organization. Each site is having 2 servers. Now i want to delete one server from on site.. tell me how to delete an exchange server 5.5 from a site..

There is an MS Article about how to remove exchange 5.5 server from a site..
Can anybody find this article for this..

The other server in the site, is that to an Exchange 5.5 server?

Dear I need how to delete one exchange 5.5 server from exchange 5.5 site in order to relace deleted exchange with new machines.

Ok, If I understand you better this time you want to replace your existing Exchange 5.5 with new hardware?
