I need to implement a mail archive solution for my execs....  I messed around with Outlook archive folders and saving them to  a network share.......just not real confident about that solution at all....just have a feeling it's gonna be quirky and my users will mess it up somehow....  any of you guys use this and love it or do you use something else like GFI Mail archiver...

fyi- run 5.5 now... will be moving to exch 2003 in the next few months...

Archiving is great for standard email servers, just uncheck the box for prompt before auto-archiving so the users cant interfere with the archiving by cancelling it. Also set your auto-archiving to 3-4 month intervals. Just so you know, regular .pst archiving limits the .pst to a 2GB limit, but if you use 2003 exchange with unicode, you have a 20GB limit.
