Final Cut Pro HD - Is there an automated way to export each scene to a separate QuickTime file?

Is there an automated way to export each scene to a separate QuickTime file? I have the scenes separated with Chapter Makers. Can I use these to split the project on export?

Also is there a way to export an avi that’s compatible with all windows machine. Every codec I’ve tried doesn’t work on windows.

try exporting to a quicktime file with marker in it, otherwise make different sequences for different movies...
