Roaming profiles - is it possible to limit size of temporary internet files being dragged across the network?

I'm due to implement roaming profiles soon ( w2k AD) and I was wonderning what methods were available to limit the profile sizes, with temporary internet files being the prime concern.

Those should be excluded as part of the local settings folder so they shouldn't be copying back and forth with the profile.
