How to change  the hard drive on SONY Viao PCG-GRX500P?

How do you change the hard driv on a SONY PCG-GRX500P Viao laptop?  I took the keyboard off and I can see the hard but not able to take it out.  What steps am I missing here?

Both links Collandor gave you are the best pic's your going to find on anything close to your model.

In the grx500p model you will have to loosen the Cooling system fan screws also.

Look at Step #5 in the first link Collandor gave you. The screw that the screwdriver is touching is 3 pieces joining in a common hole. Be careful to see which piece is on top and the bottom. The hard drive caddy  cover is the sandwiched one (middle). You must loosen the cooling fan screws to lift the caddy out and get it back in.

Do not pull the speaker panel ribbon from the motherboard!!! This ZIF socket does not have a retention slide and getting it back in without damaging the contacts on the ribbon takes some doing. 3" ribbon = $20 part with shipping. I need stock in that business.
