In the grx500p model you will have to loosen the Cooling system fan screws also. <br />

Look at Step #5 in the first link Collandor gave you. The screw that the screwdriver is touching is 3 pieces joining in a common hole. Be careful to see which piece is on top and the bottom. The hard drive caddy &nbsp;cover is the sandwiched one (middle). You must loosen the cooling fan screws to lift the caddy out and get it back in. <br />

Do not pull the speaker panel ribbon from the motherboard!!! This ZIF socket does not have a retention slide and getting it back in without damaging the contacts on the ribbon takes some doing. 3&quot; ribbon = $20 part with shipping. I need stock in that business.
