email and document.write in javascript

I am working on a webpage which generates a html page with a price quote on it using the document.write method.  I need to have the quote emailed to an address looking just as it does when the end user gets a quote.  It doesn't matter if the quote ends up as an attachment or in the body of the email.  Here is the address of the project I am working on:

you need to do this server side, what server side technologies, ASP, PHP, PERL, ColdFusion..., do you have?

We have PHP and Perl.
