I use Exchange 2003. We have OWA published for 2 of our remote users. They are always complaining about how slow it is. I tried it, and it is very slow. I understand that the bottleneck is the internet line servicing the server, however I cannot change this spped of this line for another 2 years (budget/cost etc).<br />

Is there anything else that can be done to improve the speed at which users can connect to the mail server when outside of the organization through OWA?
